Abstract
This dataset contains the supplementary material supporting the manuscript "Bridging formal topologies and graph-embedded deep reinforcement learning for maintenance scheduling in high-energy irradiation facilities". It includes the Master Sequence of Operations (SOP) generated by the GCN-TD3 optimizer to achieve the 71.43-hour makespan, alongside the full 145-transition High-Level Petri Net topological definitions for the IFMIF-DONES short beam stop (SBS).
The results indicate that software engineering work practices are chosen opportunistically, adapted and configured to provide value under the constrains imposed by the startup context.

It is found that what perceived as biggest challenges by software startups do vary across different life cycle stages, even though its significance decreases when the learning focuses of the startups move from problem to solution and their products mature.
