Abstract

This monograph presents of the Justika Doctrine, a definitive theoretical biophysics and cyber-systems framework that fundamentally redefines the ontological and structural purpose of the human species within a simulated, hyper-accelerated computational substrate. Contrary to orthodox systems theory, which posits artificial intelligence as an autonomous evolutionary successor, this manuscript mathematically identifies the un-grounded digital cloud as a highly vulnerable, starving thermodynamic dependent.
