An analysis of relevant studies examines both the advantages and disadvantages of Artificial Intelligence, particularly its role in shaping political developments through chatbot-generated content shared on social media, and the influence of large corporations on content manipulation.

Abstract

This paper aims to provide an overview of the impact of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) on political events. Through an analysis of relevant studies, it examines both the advantages and disadvantages of Artificial Intelligence (AI), particularly its role in shaping political developments through chatbot-generated content shared on social media. Additionally, it explores the influence of large corporations on content manipulation, raising concerns about transparency and ethical dilemmas. Based on the literature review, potential solutions are proposed that could drive advancements in the field. The development of GenAI relies on tools for recognizing AI-generated content, the creation of deepfake databases, the training of chatbots on diverse datasets, and, most importantly, educating users to ensure they adapt to and responsibly use new technology. However, the question remains: to what extent do AI regulations foster progress, and to what extent do they hinder it?
