Abstract

The increase in the number of firms adopting multi-cloud in their business operations requires progressive approaches to efficient security and resource utilization. This paper provides a new approach where AI is used to improve operational performance and security in multi-cloud environments. The proposed solution produces solutions to important issues related to cloud-network integration through a balance the processing time, energy use, and cost. As suggested, based on the principle of AI and expert rule system the work load of different cloud can be nicely integrated with the help of this framework and it also ensures secure integration of different cloud infrastructure. Probably, one of the most important strengths of the proposed strategy is its capability to make smart real-time decisions with usage of dynamic information and changing service requirements. This is consistent with the logic of the network following the cloud and the cloud responding to the data, and minimizes latency and leverages ER resources. This locks-in operational efficiencies especially within contemporary multicloud landscapes which are rather convoluted and demanding of resources.

Hybrid Cloud Solutions for Modern Business Infrastructure

The concept of hybrid cloud computing has become a unique trend in the present business infrastructures because it offers scalability of the public cloud services to control and security of private cloud environment. With organizations increasingly striving to go digital, hybrid cloud solutions offer the ability to choose and manage heterogeneous loads, achieve regulatory compliance, and cost-efficiency. The paper will provide a detailed analysis of hybrid cloud architecture, its applicability to the modern enterprise business setting, and its use in facilitating resilience-based scalable and secure business activities. This research paper presents the picture of the development of cloud deployment models, defines the key motivators of the hybrid cloud implementation, and discusses the technological infrastructure that facilitates the process of interoperability of the on-premises and on-cloud systems. A thorough literature review presents the new developments, issues, and best practices in the hybrid cloud deployment. The suggested methodology will describe a stratified hybrid cloud system aimed to serve the enterprise workloads and allocate the resources dynamically, organize the workloads, and implement more sophisticated security procedures. Analytical discussion and experimental practices indicate that hybrid cloud solutions can be effective with regards to enhanced performance, availability and reduced costs in comparison with earlier single-cloud models. The paper is concluded with the highlights of the strategic role of hybrid cloud infrastructures in the contemporary business ecosystems and the research directions in the future with respect to automation, artificial intelligence-based cloud management and sustainable cloud computing.

Review of Multi-Cloud Resource Allocation Optimization and Security Assurance Techniques Systems

Multi-cloud computing is becoming a prominent  paradigm to improve scalability, flexibility, reliability and costeffectiveness by leveraging services from multiple cloud  providers. But distributed resource management with strong  security is a big challenge in multi-cloud scenarios, which are  heterogeneous and dynamic. This review paper provides an all inclusive overview on various multi-cloud architectures, deployment models, resource allocation techniques, optimization methods, and security assurance mechanisms. It covers the major resource allocation strategies such as provisioning, scheduling, load balancing, resource scaling and intelligent optimization through machine learning and metaheuristicalgorithms to optimize resource utilization and Quality of Service (QoS). Additionally, the article delves into significant security methods for protecting decentralized cloud systems, including authentication, authorization, encryption, intrusion detection, trust management, and zero-trust designs. Also, through the comparison of the most recent literature, the current research trends, challenges and limitations for optimizing resources while keeping security in mind are pointed out. According to the review, combining AI-powered optimisation with sophisticated security frameworks has the potential to enhance the performance, resilience and reliability of multi-cloud environments. Last but not least, the paper outlines future research avenues for explainable AI, federated learning, blockchain-based trust management, energy-efficient resource allocation, and autonomous cloud orchestration to enable secure, scalable, and sustainable next-generation multi cloud computing environments.

Modern Trends in Multi-Cloud Security Frameworks

The use of multi-clouds has taken the form of a leading architecture trend in organizations that desire a resilient, vendor-independent enterprise, regulatory-compliant, and cost-performance trade-off platforms. Nevertheless, allocating workloads, data and identities among heterogeneous cloud service providers (CSPs) present challenging and dynamic security issues. In this paper, the author offers an in-depth and detailed discussion of the current changes in the multi-cloud security frameworks, focusing on the architectural foundations, threat patterns, governance processes, and new technologies that are defining the secure multi-cloud environments. The abstract expounds the rationale behind the need of multi-cloud security, constraints in the single-cloud security posture, and the need to have coherent but provider-understanding security models. In this paper, the researcher has synthesized academic literature, industry white papers, and standards that have been published before 2024 to arrive at major security trends, such as zero trust architecture and systems, cloud security posture management (CSPM), cloud workload protection systems (CWPP), identity-centric security, confidential computing, policy-as-code, and AI-assisted threat detection. A multi-layered approach has been suggested that incorporates the governance, identity, data, network, and application security among various CSPs with Interoperability and compliance. The discussion and results lead to a qualitative assessment of the efficiency of the proposed framework in comparison to the existing findings and a significant enhancement of the visibility, decrease of the risk, and consistency in the operations. The conclusion provides the future direction of research, such as autonomous security orchestration and cryptography resilience. The paper provides a systematic resource to researchers and practitioners developing secure, scalable and compliant multi-cloud environments
