Abstract

Induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSCs) line, NIMHi034-A has been generated from peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) of a 59-year-old healthy Indian adult male using non-integrating Sendai viral reprogramming vectors in a feeder free method. The iPSCs exhibit normal karyotype, express markers of undifferentiated state and could differentiate in-vitro into cells of three germ layers. This cell line can serve as a healthy control for various disease models and in deciphering disease mechanisms.

Generation of the induced pluripotent stem cell line SHUTCMi001-A from a patient with double primary lung and colon cancers.

Patients with synchronous multiple primary malignancies often exhibit unique genetic susceptibility. Here, we generated the induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) line, SHUTCMi001-A, from a 70-year-old patient with double primary lung squamous cell carcinoma and sigmoid colon adenocarcinoma with wild-type driver genes. T...

Generation of TWO iPSC lines (CRICKi025-A and CRICKi026-A) from healthy donor bone marrow mesenchymal stromal cells.

Mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs) are key components of the bone marrow (BM), providing structural support and paracrine signals that regulate haematopoietic stem cell maintenance, self-renewal and differentiation. However, primary BM MSCs are rare, heterogeneous, and subject to donor variability and have limited ex-viv...

Generation of human induced pluripotent stem cell line (CMCi015-A) from a patient with nephronophthisis harboring compound heterozygous loss-of-function variants in the NPHP4 gene.

Nephronophthisis, an autosomal recessive ciliopathy, is a rare genetic kidney disorder characterized by progressive tubulointerstitial fibrosis, corticomedullary cyst formation, and progression to end-stage renal disease. Here, we established a human induced pluripotent stem cell (hiPSC) line from peripheral blood mono...

Generation of high-quality reference control panels of human induced pluripotent stem cell clones from PBMCs.

High-quality, standardized iPSC reference lines are crucial for disease modeling and regenerative medicine. We generated and extensively characterized thirteen iPSC clones from PBMCs of five healthy donors (three female, two male) using non-integrating Sendai virus. This resource is distinguished by its standardized de...
