Reproducibility Artifacts for an Integrated Blockchain and Large Language Model Decision Support System for Organ Donation and Transplantation Workflows

Abstract
This release adds reproducibility support for the revised evaluation: separates strict output completion, classification performance conditional on valid output, and failure-penalized end-to-end performance; adds a 20-scenario post hoc robustness suite covering safeguard boundary conditions, invalid model outputs, and encrypted-storage failure paths; adds focused tests and reader-facing reproduction documentation. The frozen training, validation, and held-out model runs were not modified.
The results are packaged in the Greenfield Startup Model (GSM), which explains the priority of startups to release the product as quickly as possible, and the need to shorten time-to-market, by speeding up the development through low-precision engineering activities.
