Physiological World Models for Human State Transitions

Continuous multimodal sensing now allows human physiology to be observed throughout daily life rather than only during occasional clinical visits. However, most health artificial intelligence systems are designed to recognize current states, estimate risks or analyse individual biomarkers. They do not directly model ho...

SWE-PolyVision: Benchmarking Cross-Image Abductive Reasoning for Repository-Level Software Engineering

Current multimodal software-engineering benchmarks expose images as additional context, but do not test whether an agent can integrate evidence distributed across images into a verified repository-level repair. We present SWE-PolyVision, an executable benchmark of 92 real tasks from 36 open-source organizations, with 4...

AquaMend: Minimal Re-probing and Conditional Rollback for Latent-Belief Failures in Embodied Agents

Across 32 paired scenarios in a self-constructed simulation benchmark, AquaMend recovers in 28/32 cases and reduces mean complete loss by 21.6% versus restart, and its paired loss difference from decision-theoretic troubleshooting (DTT) is not statistically significant after Holm correction.

CARAT: Do Materials LLMs Reason or Recite?

When a materials LLM answers a question about crystal structure, does it reason from the structure or copy an answer already printed in its input? Accuracy cannot tell: a structural description often prints the very field it is scored against. CARAT holds question and gold answer fixed across eight matched views, names...

SWE-Prometheus: Measuring Engineering Governance Improvements in Real-World Repositories

SWE-Prometheus is presented, a benchmark for the broader task of improving repository engineering governance, showing why repository-governance evaluation should report improvement, behavior preservation, evidence quality, and coverage together.

Harness-agnostic detection and immunization of reward hacking in self-evolving language models

This work introduces HackProbe, a monitor that attaches to an arbitrary self-evolving loop through two black-box hooks, with no access to weights or activations, and proves a detectability bound that converts a target error rate into an explicit probe-size budget, and delimit what probe rotation does and does not buy.

Hindsight Memory-PRM: Supervising Memory Management with Auditable Hindsight Credit

Hindsight Memory-PRM exploits this audit trail twice: offline to train an operation-conditioned memory-utility critic, and online, where retrievals, citations, and one controlled deletion-and-reanswer per probe settle an intervention-calibrated entry-level presence credit.

Safety Does Not Compose: Non-Decaying Loop State for Autonomous LLM Agents

LoopHarness is presented, which restores a persistent, non-decaying safety state at the loop level at the loop level, and gives a complete evaluation protocol on native Agent-SafetyBench tasks with paired clean and attacked episodes, an outer-state attack suite whose decisive evidence exists only across iterations, per...
