Two novel monoclonal HLA genes homo/heterozygous knockout hESC lines are presented, along with their multi-omics landscapes, pluripotency and immunogenicity, which exhibit crucial application potential and reference value in the development of hypoimmunogenic hESCs for their universal clinical use.
