Optimized Deep Knowledge Distillation Framework for Large-Scale Virus-Host Protein Interaction Prediction.

The findings indicate that combining CT-based representation, NearMiss-based data balancing, tuned ISUD feature selection, and Knowledge Distillation provides a computational framework for pairwise VHPI prediction.
