Morphological, molecular, and pathogenic characterization of Quambalaria cyanescens associated with grapevine trunk decline in Tunisia

The findings demonstrate the pathogenic potential of the Tunisian isolate of Q. cyanescens under experimental conditions and provide the first molecular and pathogenic characterization of this species associated with grapevine trunk decline in Tunisia and, to the authors' knowledge, in North Africa.
