Determinants of quality of life among patients with chronic otitis media: a multivariable analysis.

Young age, ear discharge, tinnitus, tinnitus and BHI were independently associated with higher COMQ-12 scores indicating reduced QoL in patients with chronic otitis media, indicating consideration of these factors in the management and treatment of COM may improve patient's QoL.

Histological subtype was associated with surgical approach, residual disease, complication pattern, and recurrence patterns in patients surgically treated for benign sinonasal tumors and support individualized surgical planning and histology-specific follow-up in benign sinonasal tumors.
