Solute Carrier Family 1 Member 5 (SLC1A5)-dependent glutamine transport regulates macrophage senescence and efferocytosis during liver regeneration

The findings reveal a novel ‘Slc1a5-glutamine-senescence-efferocytosis’ axis that dictates macrophage driven tissue repair and highlights glutamine supplementation and senolytics therapy as promising clinically strategies to accelerate liver regeneration.

hsa_circ_0008758 Activates the MDM2/FOXO3a/PGK1 Pathway Through the miR-361-3p/SPIN1 Axis to Promote the Warburg Effect of Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Inhibiting circ_0008758 or elevating miR-361-3p resulted in decreased proliferation, migration, invasion, and Warburg effect in NSCLC cells, while promoting cell apoptosis, and circ_0008758 was found to enhance SPIN1 expression by acting as a sponge for miR-361-3p.
