Artificial Intelligence in Human Resource Management: Examining Employee Engagement, Workforce Productivity, and Strategic Decision-Making

There was little correlation between AI use and job satisfaction and between AI use and reported changes in productivity, and more significant relationships were found among indicators of organizational targets, promotion, and AI tool use and task automation.
