Folic Acid-Conjugated Zein-Amylopectin Core-Shell Nanoparticles for Colon-Targeted Delivery of Diosmetin: Formulation, Characterization, and In vitro Evaluation

The findings support FA-Zn-Dio-AP nanoparticles as a promising platform for controlled, colon-directed delivery of Dio and showed improved stability under thermal, pH, ionic-strength, and refrigerated storage conditions.
