It is demonstrated that adipose-derived ECM hydrogel loaded with cytokine-releasing microspheres provides a multifunctional therapeutic strategy that attenuates inflammation, apoptosis, oxidative stress, and ferroptosis, ultimately promoting structural and functional recovery following spinal cord injury.
