Information Communication Technology (ICT) Development and Strategic Business Outcome: A Case Study of Selected Banks in Enugu State, Nigeria

The study concludes that within the sampled banks and context, ICT development has not yet translated into significant improvements in key strategic business outcomes, suggesting that the effectiveness of ICT may depend more on implementation quality, system integration, and user capability than on mere adoption.
