Metabolism alterations accompany the invasive phenotype of melanoma cells resistant to BRAF/MEK inhibitors.

The obtained results suggest that the purpose of metabolic changes present in melanoma cells resistant to BRAF/MEK inhibitors is mainly to support the significantly increased invasiveness of these cells.
