Research on Intelligent Traffic Flow Management at Intersections Based on VISSIM Simulation

The results show that when the typical circular intersection of Fuye Square in Changchun City is changed to a planar cross intersection, the traffic capacity increases from 5326pcu/h to 9,906 pcu/h, and indicators such as queue length, service level, and average vehicle delay are all improved.
