Resveratrol enhances MTX’s anti-inflammatory effects via dual inhibition of NF-κB and MAPK pathways, while reducing MTX-induced toxicity, and support the potential of MTX-resveratrol co-therapy as a safer, more effective strategy for managing chronic inflammatory diseases.
