Mathematical Modelling of Tuberculosis Transmission Dynamics and Optimal Control in Nairobi, Kenya: An SEIR Compartmental Analysis

A deterministic SEIR-TB compartmental model tailored to Nairobi's specific epidemiological setting is developed to estimate R₀ and determine the stability of equilibrium states, and the comparative effectiveness of single and combined TB control interventions through numerical simulation is evaluated.
