A New Species of Pacificampa (Diplura: Campodeidae) from Akiyoshidai, Honshu Island, Japan, and the Phylogenetic Position of the Genus

The phylogenetic position of Pacificampa remains unclear, but the present phylogeny based on the 18S rRNA gene indicates a close relationship between Pacificampa and the campodeid genus Metriocampa Silvestri, 1911 and suggests the non-monophyly of the subfamily Campodeinae.
