Exogenous Melatonin Alleviates High- and Low-Temperature Stress in Cucumber Seedlings and Regulates Hormone Signaling-Related Transcriptional Responses

Temperature stress is a major environmental factor that limits the growth of cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.). Melatonin has been implicated in plant responses to abiotic stress; however, its transcriptional effects on cucumber under high- and low-temperature conditions remain poorly understood. In this study, cucumber se...

Transcriptomic and Metabolomic Analyses Reveal That Fusarium sp. Isolate Is Associated with Growth Promotion in Lolium perenne L.

In-depth transcriptomic and metabolomic analyses revealed that the fungal fermentation broth altered the plants’ transcriptional and metabolic profiles, which may be valuable for the future development of microbial inoculants or potential biofertilisers.

Genome-Wide Identification of the R2R3-MYB Gene Family in Solanum americanum and Functional Analysis of Its Role in Fruit Coloration

Results showed that reduced SaMYB106 expression weakened the purple color of S. americanum fruits and decreased anthocyanin content, suggesting that this gene may promote anthocyanin production in fruits.
