Abstract

The rapid advancement of information technology has accelerated digital transformation across various service sectors, including RT/RW Net-based Internet Service Providers (ISPs). One of the major challenges faced by these providers is the manual management of customer data and payment processes, which often results in administrative delays, recording errors, and difficulties in providing accurate billing information. Zayan Hanan.Net, as an Internet service provider, continues to encounter these issues, highlighting the need for an integrated information system to improve customer and payment management. This study aims to implement a web-based information system for customer management and Internet service payment to enhance administrative efficiency, data accuracy, and service accessibility. The system was developed using the CodeIgniter framework, MySQL database, and integrated with the Midtrans payment gateway to facilitate secure online payment transactions. The research employed the Research and Development (R&D) method based on the Borg and Gall model, which consists of needs analysis, system design, development, implementation, and testing. The implementation results indicate that the developed system effectively improves customer data management, accelerates bill verification and payment processing, and minimizes the risk of recording errors and data loss. Furthermore, the system simplifies service monitoring for administrators while enabling customers to conveniently access billing information and perform digital payments. Therefore, the proposed information system contributes to improving operational efficiency and service quality at Zayan Hanan.Net.

The rapid advancement of information technology has driven digital transformation across various business sectors, including the culinary Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) industry. However, the majority of sweet food culinary businesses, such as Mirai Coffee and Snack, still rely on social media and manual instant messaging for transactions. Surveys indicate that 60% of customers encounter issues with slow response times and incorrect custom order recordings, resulting in 3 to 5 order errors per month due to human error. This study aims to design and implement a web-based sweet food sales system using the Laravel framework, featuring dynamic menu customization (such as adjustments for size, sweetness level, and topping variants). The system was developed using the Waterfall method, which includes requirements analysis, database design, code Implementation (PHP, MySQL), and Testing. The expected outcome is an integrated E-Commerce platform capable of automating custom price calculations in real-time, minimizing data entry errors, and systematically improving operational service efficiency from 10–15 minutes to instantaneous.

Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Digitalisasi UMKM Kuliner Berbasis Web sebagai Media Promosi dan Pengelolaan Usaha

This research aims to design and develop a web-based information system for culinary MSME merchants to support the digitalization of promotion and business information management in a more effective and integrated manner. The existing problem is that data management and culinary information dissemination are still conducted manually, causing information related to shelters, food and beverage menus, and merchant data to be delivered less optimally to the public. The system development method used in this research is the Waterfall method, which consists of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance stages. The system was developed using the Laravel framework and MySQL database, while Unified Modeling Language (UML) was utilized as a system modeling tool. The system provides three access levels, namely admin, seller, and buyer, to support MSME data management, menu management, and centralized culinary information services. This study used 10 shelters as implementation testing data from approximately 120 available shelters. The testing results indicate that the system functions properly and assists users in accessing culinary information more quickly, effectively, and efficiently. The developed web-based system is expected to enhance culinary MSME promotion and support digital transformation in culinary business management.

Rancang Bangun Sistem Informasi Penjualan Mitra dan Pendapatan Secara Real-time Berbasis Web

Advancements in information technology encourage MSMEs to utilize information systems to enhance the effectiveness of their business management. Es Teh Arjuna, an MSME in Tegal City, faces challenges in monitoring partner sales and managing revenue because transactions are recorded manually using disparate methods; this results in slow data recapitulation, a risk of recording errors, and difficulty for the business owner in quickly accessing sales information. This study aims to analyze requirements, design, develop, and test a web-based information system for partner sales and revenue that provides information in real-time. The Waterfall model was used for system development, while data collection involved observation, interviews, and a literature review. The system was developed using PHP and MySQL and tested via Black Box Testing. The results demonstrate that the system successfully integrates sales data from all outlets into a centralized database, streamlining the management of products, outlets, employees, cashiers, and sales transactions, as well as facilitating the generation of revenue reports for specific periods. Furthermore, the system enables the business owner to monitor sales performance more quickly, accurately, and systematically, thereby supporting decision-making and improving the operational efficiency of Es Teh Arjuna

Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Terintegrasi Berbasis Web untuk Optimalisasi Operasional dan Pengambilan Keputusan Strategis pada UMKM

In the digital era, the utilization of information technology—including Management Information Systems (MIS)—is crucial for operational efficiency, data management, and strategic decision-making, particularly for MSMEs. Pesona Cafe Lenek, an MSME in East Lombok, continuously strives to enhance its customer service; however, its reliance on manual transaction processes has proven to be neither effective nor efficient. This study aims to develop a web-based management information system to improve the cafe's operational management and serve as a basis for strategic decisions regarding sales and employee payroll. The system also incorporates features for employee attendance tracking and accounting functions, specifically the general ledger and profit/loss statements. Implementing this information system is expected to streamline transactions, simplify the process of summarizing sales data, and enable faster access to financial and purchasing reports—whether on a monthly or on-demand basis. The results demonstrate that the platform enhances efficiency in promotions and ordering while strengthening the MSME's image through a user-friendly, informative interface. Furthermore, it provides an interactive user experience, expands market reach, and facilitates the sustainable management of sales data and digital marketing strategies. Ultimately, this boosts business competitiveness, fosters customer loyalty, and opens up new collaboration opportunities in the era of digital transformation

Perancang Sistem Informasi Buku Tamu Berbasis Web untuk Meningkatkan Efesiensi Pelayanan di Dinas PUPR Kota Jambi

The Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning (PUPR) of Jambi City is a government institution that provides various public services, including visitor administration services. The manual guest registration process causes several problems such as difficulties in data retrieval, risk of data loss, and inefficient visitor information management. This study aims to design a web-based guest book information system to improve service efficiency at the PUPR Office of Jambi City. The research applied the Waterfall method, which consists of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance stages. The system was developed using PHP programming language and MySQL database. The results indicate that the web-based guest book information system facilitates visitor registration, accelerates data retrieval, supports visitor report management, and improves administrative service efficiency. The implementation of this system makes visitor data management more organized, effective, and accessible.
