Abstract
The emergence of new biotechnological methods for protecting agricultural crops from various pests and diseases is a highly relevant topic, as it is closely linked to the development of new biological products that are environmentally friendly for soil and humans. It has become known that some members of the genus Azotobacter are believed to be capable of acting as antagonists of phytopathogenic fungi in vegetable crops. This article examines the effectiveness of using Azotobacterto improve vegetable crop productivity in the Turkestan region. Like many microbiology researchers, we focused on the effect of this microorganism on the germination of vegetable seeds. The very fact that these microorganisms are able to assimilate atmospheric nitrogen during their life cycle was of interest. Strengthening the role of biological aspects in agriculture is becoming increasingly important. The irrational use of natural resources not only pollutes the environment, but the indiscriminate use of agrochemicals also degrades the quality of agricultural products. In this case, the use of biopreparations based on live microorganisms improves plant life cycles, increases their resistance to diseases, reduces the development of pathogenic bacteria and viruses, and releases growth regulators and vitamins that accelerate plant maturation. In our climate, the use of bacterial preparations can effectively increase crop resilience to adverse environmental conditions.
The common bean is of great importance for human nutrition worldwide as its grain is a cheap source of protein, but it has a high-cost production system due to the use of synthetic inputs such as nitrogen fertilizers and pest and disease control products. An alternative to promote the sustainability of the production s...

Abstract Soybean (Glycine max [L.] Merrill) is the main oilseed crop produced worldwide. The oil and protein extracted from its grains serve as the basis for human and animal nutrition and as raw materials for biofuel production. Brazil holds the position of the largest producer and exporter of this commodity. However,...
