Abstract

English Abstract Frontier artificial intelligence models face an existential threat from industrial-scale "adversarial distillation"—a predatory extraction vector wherein unauthorized entities systematically query proprietary model APIs to clone complex reasoning capabilities and safety guardrails at negligible cost. In early 2026, forensic investigations documented coordinated campaigns executing over 13 million specialized reasoning interactions across tens of thousands of sybil accounts to clone frontier architectures. Conventional software-level countermeasures (e.g., rate-limiting, output filtering, terms of service) inherently fail because public inference APIs represent architectural Single Points of Failure (SPOF). To permanently overcome this enforcement void, this paper formalizes the mathematical duality between optimized network weights and underlying training distributions through the lens of Karush-Kuhn-Tucker (KKT) optimality conditions and implicit regularization in overparameterized neural networks. We prove that a model's weight vector is an exact linear combination of the gradients of its training samples—demonstrating that model weights are immutable crystalline encodings of their training inputs. Addressing the combinatorial explosion (O(2^M)) of classical weight inversion, we propose a quantum search architecture leveraging Grover's algorithm and quantum amplitude amplification. This framework enables the targeted identification of stolen proprietary datasets, chain-of-thought traces, and imperceptible statistical watermarks (such as SynthID) directly from compromised weight tensors with quadratic speedup (O(sqrt(N))). Finally, we establish the technical and legal implementation of the Strict No-Learn License (NLL-v1.0-2026), enforced via hardware TEE zero-knowledge non-learning proofs (π_no-learn: ∇_W L = 0), orthogonal subspace projection for backpropagation burning, and personal fiduciary liability stripping under Delaware General Corporation Law Caremark doctrines.
