Abstract
Early Childhood Education plays a fundamental role in fostering children's cognitive, social, emotional, and moral development, establishing the foundation for lifelong learning. However, many kindergartens still rely on manual teacher performance evaluation procedures, which are subjective, inefficient, and prone to documentation errors. This study aims to design and implement a web-based Decision Support System (DSS) using the Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method for objective teacher performance evaluation at TK Al Azkar. The system was developed using the Waterfall model with the Laravel framework and MySQL database, integrating 30 assessment criteria consisting of 22 benefit criteria and 8 cost criteria. The MOORA method was implemented to process teacher assessment scores through decision matrix construction, normalization, optimization value calculation, and ranking. System testing was conducted through Black Box Testing (28 scenarios, 100% success), White Box Testing (validating internal logic with Cyclomatic Complexity values ranging from 2 to 7), and User Acceptance Testing involving 19 respondents (principal, vice principal, assessment team, and teachers) which yielded a satisfaction score of 91.58% (Strongly Agree category). The results demonstrate that the developed system generates rankings based on predefined criteria and weights using a standardized computational procedure, providing structured and transparent outputs. Septi Asmara Komalasari achieved the highest Yi value (0.2578), while the system effectively replaces manual paper-based assessment, enables centralized data management, and facilitates cross-period performance monitoring. However, the system provides a basis for more structured evaluation and decision-making, though improvements in learning quality require further longitudinal study.
Determining outstanding students at Madrasah Manarul Huda has so far relied on homeroom teachers manually summing academic scores from the national Rapor Digital Madrasah (RDM) system with non-academic records – attendance, extracurricular activity, and competition achievement – without any criteria weighting, so the r...

Teacher performance evaluation is an important factor in improving the quality of education in schools. However, the manual assessment process often leads to subjectivity and ineffective decision-making. This study aims to analyze teacher performance evaluation using the Analytic Hierarchy Process method in the school...

A web-based decision support system using the Simple Additive Weighting method to rank 21 students based on academic performance, attendance, attitude, and participation, weighted 40%, 25%, 20%, and 15%, respectively, provides a structured and reproducible ranking aid based on school-defined criteria and weights.

Recording of early childhood development assessments at TK Darunnajah is still done manually, so the data is not integrated in a unified system. The process of compiling 88 student report cards takes between 44 and 88 working days, and around five cases of data loss occur each academic year. This research aims to desig...
