Abstract

The consequences of the attack by russian terrorist forces on Ukraine as a sovereign European state include not only the deaths of Defense Forces military personnel while performing their duties to repel armed aggression in the combat zone, but also the murder of civilians through air strikes, the scale and criminal nature of which are constantly growing. An analysis of open-source data allows us to conclude that the civilian population of Ukraine suffers most from russian drone attacks, which are aimed precisely at intimidation, the destruction of the ability and desire to resist aggression, and the physical extermination of the Ukrainian nation. Under such conditions, the full-fledged functioning of all branches of the energy sector, industry, and the service sector depends on the ability to ensure the operational capacity of personnel, including the most critical task – the protection (preservation) of human life.
