Abstract
The present study gives an integrative analysis of the performance of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Human Resource Management (HRM). With organizations moving to "Employment 5.0," the role of HR is transforming from being an administrative function to becoming a data-led strategic partner. Through the use of empirical data from 16 articles relating to various technology hotspots (including the IT industry of Bengaluru) as well as global case studies (Samsung, Apple, Xiaomi, and Vivo), this paper highlights the use of AI-led tools such as machine learning (ML) and natural language processing (NLP) in optimizing the hiring process and improving decision-making effectiveness. Based on the literature review, AI has been discovered to create efficiency and reduce bias, but it all depended on how ready and ethical the organization was for such an implementation.
Background. The growth of technical characteristics of artificial intelligence (AI)-based systems and the expansion of demand from enterprises occur with simultaneously growing development restrictions. The article is devoted to identifying growth barriers, analyzing approaches to reducing their impact, developing reco...
