Abstract
This software release provides the executable and reproducibility infrastructure for the preregistered B1 Gray–Scott driven-pattern baseline within the Theory of Everything Research Programme. The package implements the frozen version 1.1.0 confirmatory protocol associated with OSF preregistration DOI 10.17605/OSF.IO/G3TE5. It includes the Gray–Scott reaction–diffusion environment, five preregistered confirmatory conditions, frozen manifests and integrity locks, deterministic seed handling, intervention definitions, provenance capture, automated analysis, figure and table generation, machine-readable decision records, integrity verification and the automated test suite used to validate the experimental infrastructure. The five confirmatory conditions test sustained pattern formation, a non-pattern comparator, removal of external driving, local perturbation and recovery, and robustness to a change from periodic to no-flux boundary conditions. The software supports reproducible execution of the ten-seed confirmatory experiment and regeneration of the registered analysis outputs. This release implements the experimental methodology described in Working Paper III of the Theory of Everything Research Programme (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.22857230) and is paired with the B1 confirmatory dataset and decision record (DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.23075718). The scope is deliberately limited. The B1 experiment tests reproducible driven spatial organisation in a Gray–Scott system; it does not establish self-maintenance, organisational closure, life, consciousness, or resolution of Transition Problem 1.
This publication proposes a definition and a classification of agile software development approaches and analyses ten software development methods that can be characterized as being "agile" against the defined criterion.

The study shows that agile practices improve both informal and formal communication, but indicates that, in larger development situations involving multiple external stakeholders, a mismatch of adequate communication mechanisms can sometimes even hinder the communication.

The results indicate that software engineering work practices are chosen opportunistically, adapted and configured to provide value under the constrains imposed by the startup context.

The results show that the embedded industry has been able to apply agile methods in its development processes and that the appreciation of the agile methods and their individual practices appears to increase once adopted and applied in practice.

Requirements in large systems rarely exist in isolation. Their meaning depends on the wider project context - other requirements, policies, decisions, tests, and implementation details. That becomes especially important when AI is used for review, because spotting a possible conflict or gap is only the beginning. ReqSpace explores how AI, visualisation, and connected project context can help reviewers understand those findings, trace the relationships behind them, and focus on the questions that…
AI is making software generation faster, but speed does not remove the need for expertise. As more work is delegated to AI, tacit knowledge may become one of the most important human advantages in software engineering.
