Abstract
In today's digital era, it has become essential to understand why and how the method of online shopping is growing. For the study of this subject, 208 research papers published between 2003 to 2025 were taken from at data source called Scopus, after which 108 papers were chosen for the final analysis on necessary scrutiny. Two tools, Biblioshiny (R Studio) and VOSviewer, were used in this analysis. These analyses include annual research publications, the most often cited documents, source, and country, a map of cooperation between the countries, keyword trend topic, and thematic development. Along with this, network-based analysis, such as co-authorship, co-occurrence, co-citation, and bibliographic coupling between various authors citing each other's papers, using keywords, and identifying similar research papers, also with the help of thematic maps, revealed which subjects are basic, which are emerging, which are motor, and which are niche themes that are special but very limited. The results also indicate the direction of conducting further research and help people associated with marketing to understand how online customers are changing, how they can be trusted and how new fields can be explored by researchers.
This study aims to map the intellectual and conceptual landscape of the B Corp movement within the scientific literature through a quantitative bibliometric analysis. Utilising the Web of Science (WoS) Core Collection database, the research analyses 108 peer-reviewed articles published between 2007 and 2025. Data visualisation and network analysis, including co-authorship and keyword co-occurrence, were performed using the VOSviewer software. The results show that the number of publications has been growing exponentially since 2011, and the majority of the articles are in the business and management field. A total of 282 keywords were evaluated, and “B Corp” (total link strength: 315) and “Corporate Social Responsibility” (total link strength: 92) were identified as central conceptual pillars. The most cited influential work is by Julie Battilana and Alnoor Ebrahim, with 728 citations. Geographic concentration is still strong in the USA and Europe, but research on emerging economies, such as Türkiye, where there are presently 15 certified B Corps, is critically lacking. The results show a conceptual move from general corporate responsibility to specific issues of 'social impact' and 'employee ownership'. The paper concludes with a research agenda for future research that can help bridge the gap between global norms and local institutional contexts, particularly for researchers in Türkiye.

With the rise of importance of digital platform use, social media interaction and online consumer activities in decision-making and brand perception processes, Electronic Word-of-Mouth (e-WOM) becomes one of the active fields for scholarly investigations. In order to study the intellectual structure, research development and trends in e-WOM literature, the present study used a bibliometric analysis method. The data was gathered from academic database entries of scientific publications and were analyzed using bibliometric methods, such as citation analysis, co-authorship analysis, keyword co-occurrence analysis, thematic mapping and trends analysis. It was found out that the research on e-WOM was gradually shifting from the issues of consumer motivation, online reviews, and credibility of information towards more general issues like social media, user generated content, purchase intention, brand image and digital consumer behavior. Citation analysis allows identifying fundamental research papers that shaped this field to a great extent, especially in terms of e-WOM adoption, credibility and consumer involvement in it. The cooperation analysis shows that despite the global development of e-WOM research, the fragmentation of authorship, institutionality and inter-country collaboration still exists. Additionally, the thematic evolution proves that modern researches in the area of e-WOM is gradually shifting towards the issues of digital platforms, social media marketing, sentiment analysis and data-driven consumer insights. The present study provides a comprehensive look into the evolution and knowledge base of e-WOM research and defines the possible directions of future research related to artificial intelligence, influencer communication, recommendation algorithms and digital trust.

The aim of this work is a bibliometric analysis of scientific production in the field of consumer behavior, cluster analysis, and identification of the latest research trends. The analysis includes 8,837 scientific publications from the Web of Science Core Collection (WoSCC) database from 2020 to 2025, using the PRISMA and SPAR-4-SLR protocols and the VOSVIEWER tool. By applying cluster analysis and co-occurrence analysis, seven research clusters were identified: (1) Psychological, socio-cultural and brand-specific foundations; (2) Consumer engagement, value co-creation and technology-mediated interactions; (3) Digital marketing, social media and online influence; (4) Online environment, e-commerce and data management; (5) Technology adoption, mobile and virtual experience, metaverse; (6) Service quality, satisfaction, loyalty and experience in physical and service environments; and (7) Negative consumer experiences, the impact of the crisis and service recovery. The findings of this study are relevant for theoreticians and practitioners in the field of business economics, and guidelines for further research trends are also observed.

This paper conducts a bibliometric exploration of research linking two concepts i.e. clusters and entrepreneurship, a domain that has expanded steadily over the past thirty years. Using 155 peer-reviewed articles sourced from the Dimensions database (1996–2025), the study applies the SPAR-4-SLR framework along with visualization software (VOSviewer) to identify intellectual patterns in publication trend, citations trend, influential journals, influential field of research and new themes map. The analysis highlights a consistent growth in publications from the early 2000s, with output peaking around 2021, followed by diversification into new thematic directions. Contributions are geographically widespread, though the United States accounts for much of the citation influence, particularly through foundational studies by Feldman (2001, 2005) and Sonfield & Lussier (2004). Among journals, Entrepreneurship and Regional Development leads in productivity, whereas Industrial and Corporate Change demonstrates higher citation impact. Bibliographic coupling reveals eight thematic clusters, centering on networks, social capital, proximity, and entrepreneurial capability as drivers of cluster vitality. Emerging topics such as digital entrepreneurship, artisanal industries, and handloom clusters suggest the field’s increasing socio-economic scope. Overall, the findings emphasize clusters as catalysts of innovation, entrepreneurship and regional competitiveness, while offering insights for scholars and policymakers interested in advancing sustainable and entrepreneurship-driven development.

This study aims to map the evolution of marketing research in the global fitness industry through bibliometric and thematic analysis. Data were collected from Scopus, ScienceDirect, and PubMed databases, covering the period from 2015 to 2025. A total of 2,462 articles were initially identified, with 1,171 articles meeting the inclusion criteria for analysis, and the top 10 most cited studies selected for in-depth review. The analysis was conducted using VOSviewer to examine publication trends, authorship patterns, country contributions, research domains, and thematic developments. The results indicate a significant and consistent increase in research productivity, growing from 30 publications in 2015 to 230 in 2025, with over 15,000 citations globally. The United States, China, and the United Kingdom dominate scientific contributions, while leading authors such as García-Fernández have played a central role in shaping the field. The dominant research themes include service quality, customer satisfaction, loyalty, digital fitness platforms, and customer behavior. Furthermore, the findings highlight the increasing integration of digital technologies, such as fitness applications and social media, in marketing strategies. This study demonstrates that marketing research in the fitness industry has evolved into a multidisciplinary and rapidly growing field. It also identifies future research opportunities, particularly in digital transformation, customer experience, and technology-driven service innovation within the global fitness sector
