Abstract
The development of information technology has significantly influenced various fields, including education. SDN Cipayung 01 still uses a manual student attendance system that relies on attendance books, requiring considerable time and risking recording errors. Based on these problems, a web-based student attendance information system using QR Code with automatic report features was developed. The system was built using the PHP programming language and MySQL database, accessible through a web browser. Students simply scan their QR Code to record attendance, which is then automatically saved to the database. Testing results show that the QR Code-based attendance system reduces attendance time from 10-15 minutes to 2-5 minutes per class, achieving approximately 66% time efficiency. All system features performed successfully in functional testing, including login, QR scanning, student data management, daily recaps, monthly reports, and CSV export.
This research aims to design and develop a QR Code-based attendance information system for lecturers and students in the Information Systems Study Program at Universitas PGRI Silampari using PHP and MySQL. The system was developed to overcome problems associated with the existing manual attendance process, including recording errors, delays in data processing, and the potential for attendance data manipulation. The system was developed using the Prototype development method, which consists of requirements analysis, prototype design, evaluation, refinement, implementation, and system testing. System testing was conducted using the Black Box Testing method to ensure that all system functions operated according to user requirements. The test results indicated that all system features, including user login, lecturer and student data management, QR Code generation, attendance recording, and attendance report generation, functioned successfully with a 100% success rate. Therefore, the developed system is considered valid and capable of improving the efficiency and accuracy of attendance management, simplifying attendance monitoring, and supporting faster, more accurate, and well-structured report generation.

SMP Pelita Bangsa Pamulang still relies on conventional methods for managing academic data, including manual paper-based attendance and paper-based exam systems. This research aims to design and build a web-based Academic Management Information System (EduPortal) integrating digital attendance and Computer Based Testing (CBT) features. The system was developed using Single Page Application (SPA) architecture with Vanilla JavaScript on the frontend and PHP Native with MySQL. Blackbox Testing on 12 test scenarios all passed with 100% success rate. System Usability Scale (SUS) testing with 30 respondents yielded a cumulative average score of 82.5, categorized as "Excellent" with "Acceptable" acceptability. Apache JMeter performance testing with 300 virtual users showed 180 ms average login response time and 0.00% error rate.

The teacher attendance system, which is still done manually, has many shortcomings, such as the ease with which data can be changed, errors when recording, and the slow process of calculating attendance. This research aims to design and create a teacher attendance system that uses a webcam with the Haar Cascade method and Local Binary Pattern Histogram (LBPH) to recognize faces. The Haar Cascade method is used to detect faces directly, while LBPH is used to recognize who the teacher is based on facial characteristics that have been stored in the data. This system was created using the Python programming language to process images and the Laravel framework as a web application platform. Existing features include teacher data management, facial data management, attendance using facial recognition, permit applications, absenteeism calculations, and attendance reports. The results of the system show that it can detect and recognize teachers' faces automatically, so that recording attendance is faster, more precise and efficient compared to the usual method. In addition, attendance data can be stored in one place and displayed in the form of statistics and reports that are helpful in school administration. In this way, the system created can improve the management of teacher absences by using facial recognition technology.

The data collection and borrowing process of goods at the Department of Information Technology, Samarinda State Polytechnic, which is still carried out manually, results in slow services and is prone to errors in data recording. This research aims to design and build a QR Code-based inventory website to overcome the problems at the Department of Information Technology. The system was built and developed using the PHP programming language, the Laravel framework, a MySQL database, and utilizes Filament as an admin panel, following the Waterfall model consisting of analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance stages. The main features of this system include item data management, borrowing, returns, procurement, PDF report printing, low-stock notifications, and QR Code integration to accelerate item identification. Functional testing using the Blackbox Testing method across all website function scenarios shows that the system operates as required and achieves a 100% success rate. The research results show that the system is proven to improve work efficiency, minimize recording errors in data collection, and support transparency in asset management within the department environment.
