Abstract
Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Learning Management Systems (LMS) have become essential digital learning tools in higher education, supporting students in their academic activities. Against the backdrop of digital transformation, it is becoming increasingly important to comprehend the impact of AI and LMS on perceived career success. Thus, this research seeks to determine the effects of AI usage and LMS usage on perceived career success as well as investigate the impacts of social influence and sustainability education in this regard. To carry out this research, a quantitative approach was applied, specifically, a survey method. In total, data from 349 university students were gathered using the help of an online questionnaire which involved five-point Likert scale statements. The purposive sampling technique was used to recruit individuals who actively use AI and LMS. Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis with the help of SmartPLS software was used to examine the relations between variables. According to the findings, both AI usage and LMS usage exerted considerable influence on students' perceived career success. While social influence was critical for encouraging technology usage, sustainability education played an important role in ensuring responsible utilization of technologies. In light of these results, it becomes clear that it is vital to adopt AI and LMS into practice in order to foster perceived career success. As such, it is recommended that effective use of AI and LMS be encouraged, particularly in combination with favorable social influence and sustainability education.
