Abstract
Accelerated brain volume loss has been observed following trials of anti‐amyloid beta immunotherapy (AAT); however, there is limited understanding of this paradoxical phenomenon in early‐onset Alzheimer's disease (EOAD) versus late‐onset Alzheimer's disease (LOAD).
