TL;DR
The late-flowering phenotype was unaffected by photoperiod, vernalization and GA3 treatments, and obvious changes occurred at the transcriptional levels of age flowering pathway-related genes, which indicated that the mutant trait was mediated by the age pathway.
Evidence is provided suggesting that StFKF1 influences the timing of flowering and tuber initiation, as well as the expression patterns of key regulatory genes, under long-day conditions, thereby contributing to a theoretical foundation for understanding developmental transitions in this specific environmental context.

It is shown that the loss of BnFLC genes significantly accelerates flowering, demonstrating that BnFLC genes regulate flowering in spring types independently of vernalization, and that these genes regulate flowering time developmentally in spring oilseed rape.

Three P4-ATPase flippase homologues aminophospholipid ATPase 3 in flowering Chinese cabbage that function as sensitive targets for PCZ are identified and provide a precise molecular target for developing PCZ-free germplasm in flowering Chinese cabbage through gene editing.

The results demonstrate that BnaGRP3 may negatively modulate B. napus flowering time through modulating ABA signaling and circadian clock and identify BnaGRP3 as the candidate molecular breeding target for early-maturing rapeseed species.
