Abstract

The proliferation of digital marketing has revolutionized consumer engagement, particularly in experience-driven sectors like the jewellery industry. This study investigates the influence of digital marketing campaigns—specifically influencer marketing, visual appeal, and personalization—on consumer perception, purchase intention, and brand loyalty in the jewellery sector. With an increasing shift toward online and social media platforms for shopping inspiration and decision-making, understanding how digital strategies shape consumer attitudes is critical for businesses aiming to remain competitive and relevant. The research was conducted using a structured survey administered to 200 respondents, selected through stratified random sampling based on age, gender, and digital engagement levels. The study employed quantitative analysis through SPSS 26.0 and AMOS software. Independent variables included influencer marketing, visual appeal, personalization, and online reviews, while dependent variables encompassed trust, perceived quality, brand value, purchase intention, and loyalty. Reliability of the constructs was confirmed through Cronbach’s Alpha, with all variables scoring above 0.7, indicating acceptable to excellent internal consistency. Descriptive statistics revealed high mean values for influencer impact (4.2), visual appeal (4.3), and perceived quality (4.2), signifying positive consumer sentiment towards digital marketing elements. However, loyalty (3.9) and personalization (4.0) exhibited slightly lower mean scores and higher standard deviations, suggesting some variability in consumer experience and expectation. Correlation analysis demonstrated statistically significant and strong positive relationships (p < 0.01) between the independent and dependent variables. Influencer marketing showed the highest correlation with brand value (0.70) and purchase intention (0.72), indicating its persuasive role in shaping consumer decisions. Visual appeal was notably influential in affecting trust (0.66) and perceived quality (0.60), while personalization had the strongest correlation with loyalty (0.63), underscoring its importance in customer retention strategies. Regression analysis further validated these relationships. In the model predicting brand value (R² = 0.62), influencer marketing (β = 0.34, p = 0.001) emerged as the strongest predictor, followed by visual appeal and personalization. Similarly, the model for purchase intention (R² = 0.59) identified influencer marketing (β = 0.39, p < 0.001) as the dominant factor, indicating its centrality in driving consumer action. These findings confirm that influencer credibility, aesthetic digital content, and personalized messaging significantly shape consumer perception and behavior. The study concludes that an integrated digital marketing approach—centered on authenticity, visual richness, and tailored communication—can positively enhance brand perception, increase trust, and stimulate purchase intentions in the jewellery market. It emphasizes the need for marketers to prioritize influencer partnerships and visual storytelling while optimizing personalization strategies for long-term loyalty.
