Abstract

This paper addresses lateral vibration suppression for heavy vehicles using a single-degree-of-freedom model equipped with dual-motor counter-rotating centrifugal actuators. Three control strategies are developed under varying information constraints. Under full-state feedback, a feedforward-feedback Linear Quadratic Regulator (LQR) achieves an 82.21% reduction in the vibration index with a control force utilization of just 1.61%, establishing the theoretical upper bound. Under acceleration-only feedback, an active damping strategy with an angular velocity adaptive mechanism reduces the vibration index by 77.71%, with peak displacement and acceleration reduced by 54.3% and 50.1%, respectively. Openloop control yields a 25.6% reduction as baseline. Comparative analysis shows that the acceleration-feedback strategy offers the optimal trade-off between suppression performance and practical feasibility under information-constrained conditions.

Research on torque control strategy of wheeled unmanned platforms under extreme load

When six-wheel independent drive (6WID) unmanned platforms operate at low speed and heavy load, centroid offset causes uneven wheel load distribution, while conventional even torque allocation fails to realize optimal regulation and exploit the merits of multi-wheel independent drive. This paper constructs a hierarchic...

Damping Oscillations in a Spherical Pendulum Inclinometer Using Vector-Based Control

This paper addresses disturbance-induced oscillations in high-precision pendulum-based inclinometers, which reduce measurement availability despite the long-term stability of gravity-referenced sensing. To actively suppress these oscillations, a contactless six-coil electromagnetic actuation system is developed, togeth...
