TL;DR

The model that Calmodulin/Akt and CaMKKβ/AMPK pathways exert distinct and opposing effects during IMQ-induced psoriasis through regulation of autophagy-dependent mitochondrial ROS clearance is supported.

Abstract

Simple Summary The present study supports the model that Calmodulin/Akt and CaMKKβ/AMPK pathways exert distinct and opposing effects during IMQ-induced psoriasis through regulation of autophagy-dependent mitochondrial ROS clearance, representing important downstream mediators of TRPV4 signaling pathways and may provide promising therapeutic approaches for psoriasis treatment in rodent animals.

Camel Milk Exosomes Alleviate Doxorubicin-Induced Cardiotoxicity by Regulating Apoptosis and Autophagy via the NF-κB and MAPK Pathways

Simple Summary Doxorubicin (Dox)-induced cardiotoxicity (DIC) is a major obstacle in cancer treatment. Although camel milk exosomes (CMEs) have several pharmacological effects, their function in DIC remains unclear. By establishing Dox-induced C57BL/6 mice and H9c2 cell injury models, we found that CMEs exert a cardiac...

Naringenin as a Multifunctional Ingredient Targeting Pathways Associated With Skin Inflammaging: Preclinical and Clinical Evidence

Inflammaging, a sustained state of low‐level inflammatory activity with age, is a driving factor in age‐related changes in skin structure, function, and appearance. By perturbing fundamental biological pathways, inflammaging is a relevant target in skincare and anti‐aging research.
