Abstract
Intermediate files of the MR-H2SAGE workflow (https://gitlab.com/frederikke-storm-phd/mr-h2sage) to reproduce every figure and table of the paper with notebook 05: graph_data_structure.pkl: the PyTorch Geometric graph of 63 Danish boreholes with processed borehole logs, lithology classes and depth, spatial and feature-similarity edges (written by notebook 02); 03_model_training/: results of the five models on the full graph, one subfolder per model (written by notebook 03); 04_edge_ablation/: results of MR-H2SAGE and GraphSAGE retrained on each single edge type, one subfolder per model and edge type (written by notebook 04). Unzip in the repository folder; the paths in notebook 05 then work as they are. The pickle requires the package versions in the repository's requirements.txt. The files are derived from borehole geophysical logs in the GERDA database and lithological descriptions in the Jupiter database, both hosted by the Geological Survey of Denmark and Greenland (GEUS). DGU numbers of the boreholes are listed in the repository (BoreholeLogs_data/fold_assignments.csv).
Agile methods continue to gain popularity. In particular, the Scrum method appears to be on the verge of becoming a de-facto standard in the industry, leading the so called Agile movement. While there are success stories and recommendations, there is little scientifically valid evidence of the challenges in the adoptio...

Abstract Predicting properties from coordinate–category data—sets of vectors paired with categorical information—is fundamental to computational science, manifesting in materials science as predicting formation energies or elastic moduli from crystal structures. While large language models (LLMs) have increasingly been...
