Abstract
The purpose of the article is to develop recommendations for its improvement and business expansion based on the analysis of the Russian market of medical services for the organization of laboratory and functional diagnostics. The article uses SWOT analysis, STEEPLE analysis and EFAS summary as part of the system information approach. Health care systems in the USA and Russia were analyzed, in particular, the activities of the international company Planned Parenthood, the Mayo Clinic Phoenix clinic and the medical center of My Doctor LLC. It is proposed to create a clinical complex "Children's Diagnostic Center", in particular, its functions are described, the characteristics of its medical services, the essence of the organizational structure are given, its characteristics are highlighted, the influence of the organizational structure on its activities of the clinical complex is shown. Based on the analysis of SWOT analysis methods, STEEPLE analysis and EFAS summary, the main possible shortcomings of the clinical complex in the modern volatile competitive environment were identified and recommendations were proposed for opening the clinical complex and leveling possible aspects of its subsequent activities in the modern volatile competitive environment, and the possibility of expanding the business was calculated. It was concluded that the assessment of the possible effect of recommendations to improve the effectiveness of client relations in ensuring the strategic competitiveness of the Children's Diagnostic Center clinical complex through business expansion showed the effectiveness of this strategy.
