Perancangan Sistem Absensi dan Pengajuan Cuti Karyawan Berbasis Website pada Kantor Konsultan Pajak di Sunter

Abstract

Manual management of employee attendance and leave at a Tax Consultant Office in Sunter leads to data inaccuracy, reporting delays, and obstacles in managerial decision-making. This study aims to design a website-based attendance and leave application information system to replace inefficient conventional procedures. The method employed is a qualitative approach using structured interviews with HRD as the key informant, followed by system design using Data Flow Diagrams, Use Case Diagrams, Data Structures, Sequence Diagrams, and Activity Diagrams. The results indicate that the system design successfully accommodates three user levels: Employee, HRD, and Owner; it reduces attendance verification duration from two working days to mere minutes and provides real-time updates on remaining leave balances. It is recommended that future developments integrate biometric authentication and payroll modules to strengthen overall personnel administration automation.
