Abstract
A new set of pyrazole‐1,2,3‐triazole conjugates (
7a–o
) was synthesized via a three‐step protocol that included diazotization, cyclization, and a copper(I)‐catalyzed azide‐alkyne cycloaddition (“click” reaction). The alkyne intermediate was coupled with different aryl azides to obtain the final conjugates, which were carefully confirmed using spectroscopic techniques. The synthesized molecules were tested against MCF‐7 (breast cancer), PC‐3 (prostate cancer), and HeLa (cervical cancer) cell lines using the MTT assay. Some derivatives showed strong antiproliferative activity, especially against MCF‐7 cells. Antimicrobial screening demonstrated broad‐spectrum antibacterial and antifungal activity. Molecular docking studies with vascular endothelial growth factor receptor‐2 (VEGFR2) revealed favorable binding through hydrogen bonding and hydrophobic stacking, which aligned with the observed biological activity. In addition, in silico ADME‐T (Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, Excretion, and Toxicity) predictions showed good pharmacokinetic properties and drug‐likeness, supporting their potential as lead molecules for further development. The synthetic method offers advantages such as simple operation, short reaction times, low toxicity, and a broad substrate range, highlighting its usefulness in designing bioactive heterocyclic scaffolds.
A set of newly developed 1,3‐selenazole‐2‐amine derivatives (1–4) was prepared via a modified Hantzsch‐type cyclization of appropriately substituted α‐bromoacetophenones with selenourea under reflux conditions. The synthesized compounds were tested for cytotoxic activity in HT‐29 (colon cancer), MCF‐7 (breast cancer),...
A sustainable and environmentally friendly approach for the synthesis of novel pyrimidine Schiff base derivatives through a multicomponent grinding reaction conducted at room temperature under solvent-free conditions is reported, suggesting that compound (3) may serve as a promising lead candidate for breast cancer the...

In silico ADME‐toxicity analyses predicted acceptable physicochemical and pharmacokinetic properties, supporting the potential of these derivatives as promising anticancer candidates.
An efficient and simple one‐pot synthetic protocol has been developed for the first time to synthesize the series of (2‐bromophenyl)‐(4‐phenylthiazol‐2‐yl) amines. This was achieved by the condensation of 1‐(2‐bromophenyl) thiourea and substituted phenacyl bromide in the presence of the catalytic amount of vitamin...

A new series of compounds was evaluated as prospective in vitro antimalarial agents against the chloroquine‐sensitive 3D7 and chloroquine‐resistant K1 strains of Plasmodium falciparum, and the compound bearing a 4‐chloroaryl moiety was the most active against P. falciparum.
