Abstract

Emotional intelligence has become an essential factor influencing employee behaviour and organizational effectiveness in today's competitive business environment. This study examines the impact of emotional intelligence on team performance among employees at Genpact. A descriptive research design was adopted using primary data collected from 100 employees through a structured questionnaire. The collected data were analysed using percentage and frequency analysis, the statistical techniques employed in the original project.
