An integrative evaluation of in vitro anti-inflammatory potential, network pharmacology and molecular docking of Girardinia diversifolia (Urticaceae) relevant to rheumatoid arthritis
Preliminary scientific evidence for utilization of G. diversifolia as traditional medicine for treating rheumatism is provided and a foundation for future pharmacological investigations of this underexplored medicinal species is established.
The remarkable antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties of the methanolic leaf extract, and important pharmacokinetic and molecular interactions of the phytocompounds, support the findings of Grewia gamblei as a natural anti-inflammatory potential.
