Abstract

Highlights • Cervical carcinoma tissues exhibit elevated expression of STTA and STT3B, with this overexpression significantly correlated with poor patient prognosis.• Knockdown of STT3 markedly impedes the cell cycle in cervical carcinoma cells, inhibiting tumour proliferation while promoting apoptosis.• STT3 regulates epithelial-mesenchymal transition progression via the PI3K/AKT/mTOR and PI3K/AKT/FOXO1 pathways, thereby promoting tumour progression.

Cancer-associated fibroblasts-derived CAV1 promotes epithelial-mesenchymal transition and stemness in bladder cancer through activation of the LIF/STAT3 signaling pathway

CAV1 is identified as a fibroblast-associated gene linked to stemness- and ferroptosis-related signatures and promoting bladder cancer progression by activating the LIF-STAT3 signaling axis.

CDS2 Drives Tumor Progression in Epithelial Ovarian Cancer via the PI3K/AKT Pathway

Epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) frequently disseminates within the lipid‐rich peritoneal cavity, where tumor progression is accompanied by metabolic adaptations involving lipid utilization and mitochondrial function. Although these metabolic alterations are increasingly recognized as important features of EOC progressi...
