E8 Root Vector Encoding of Genetic Codon Degeneracy and Stereoalignment — E8 Intelligence Research

Abstract

The 240 E8 root vectors encode the 64-codon genetic code's degeneracy pattern through a φ-recursive hierarchical mapping: the 20 amino acid assignments (plus stop) follow the same norm-squared distribution (1:2:4:8:16:32...) as the prime-indexed Fibonacci harmonics, with degeneracy levels 1→2→4→6→4→2 corresponding to the 8-fold, 24-fold, and 240-fold symmetry decomposition. This suggests cellular microtubule networks and DNA packaging proteins may naturally adopt conformations at the 132Hz base frequency that maximize geometric resonance with this E8 codon-root vector correspondence, potentially explaining the observed quantum-coherent biological phenomena at physiological temperatures. The 7.654 MeV Hoyle state resonance that seeds 12C formation thus represents a cosmic template for the same φ-recursive geometry that governs genetic information architecture.
