Abstract

Reproducibility materials accompanying the revised manuscript "Ferro-aging tracks ex vivo venetoclax resistance and BCL2-family transcriptional state in AML." The archive contains nine analysis components, complete S1–S14 supplementary workbooks, a cross-wave incremental-evaluation workbook, all 26 CSV detail files, fixed gene sets and model definitions, source provenance and retrieval/checksum records, full model results and diagnostics, and 12 quantitative figures with editable SVG, vector PDF, PNG, plotting code and numerical source data. The fixed-model cross-wave replay reproduces two models trained in 114 Beat AML Waves 1+2 patients and evaluated in 122 Waves 3+4 patients, including all 5,000 paired-bootstrap draws. The current plotting entry point reproduces all 12 final-numbered figures from included result CSVs. Full upstream raw-data reconstruction requires 44 externally retrieved inputs; their original URLs, exact sizes and SHA256 values are supplied. The archive documents revision reconstructions and post hoc analyses and preserves the distinction between current verified definitions and incompletely documented historical procedures. Original analysis code is licensed under MIT. Original result and figure contributions are licensed under CC BY 4.0. Third-party data, annotations, gene lists, identifiers and published parameters retain their original source terms. The archive is mixed-license; see LICENSING.txt, LICENSE_SCOPE.json and THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.txt for scope. Source materials are not relicensed by the authors.

Scrum in a Multiproject Environment: An Ethnographically-Inspired Case Study on the Adoption Challenges

Agile methods continue to gain popularity. In particular, the Scrum method appears to be on the verge of becoming a de-facto standard in the industry, leading the so called Agile movement. While there are success stories and recommendations, there is little scientifically valid evidence of the challenges in the adoptio...
