The impact of a healthy lifestyle on all‐cause and cardiovascular disease (CVD) mortality in CKM individuals and the impact of a healthy lifestyle on all‐cause and cardiovascular disease (CVD) mortality in CKM individuals is assessed.
Abstract
Cardiovascular‐kidney‐metabolic (CKM) syndrome poses a major health risk. This study assessed the impact of a healthy lifestyle on all‐cause and cardiovascular disease (CVD) mortality in CKM individuals.
To identify low‐ and high‐risk intervals for major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE) and all‐cause mortality according to lipid ratios in adults with Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), stratified by sex.

Chronic inflammation and insulin resistance (IR) are key drivers of cardiovascular disease (CVD); however, their joint impact on cardiovascular risk remains poorly understood.

Background: The EAT-Lancet diet, designed for planetary and human health, has been associated with lower risk of cardiovascular disease (CVD) and mortality. Identifying plasma proteins associated with the EAT-Lancet diet may help elucidate biological pathways underlying dietary associations with health outcomes. Method...
Cardiovascular disease (CVD) remains the leading cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide, driven in large part by the complex interactions among metabolic dysfunction, inflammation, and maladaptive cellular remodeling [...]
The triglyceride‐glucose (TyG) index has shown predictive value for Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and cardiovascular events (CVEs) in the general population, but its utility in PWH remains unclear.

Cardiovascular–kidney–metabolic (CKM) syndrome represents an integrated continuum of metabolic, kidney, and cardiovascular abnormalities. However, the stage‐specific metabolic heterogeneity underlying this clinical framework remains incompletely characterised.
