Abstract

### Genetic Engineering — Research Project This research project focuses on the principles, technologies, applications, and emerging developments of genetic engineering and modern molecular biotechnology. The project brings together scholarly work covering genetics, genomics, molecular biology, recombinant DNA technology, gene expression and regulation, genome sequencing, bioinformatics, genome editing, CRISPR-based technologies, gene therapy, cell therapy, stem cell research, synthetic biology, and translational biomedical applications. Particular emphasis is placed on the application of genetic engineering to genetic disorders, cancer genetics, cancer genomics, precision medicine, molecular diagnostics, targeted therapies, immunotherapy, and genomic medicine. The project is intended to organize, preserve, and share research manuscripts, academic materials, scientific reviews, book-related resources, datasets, figures, and other scholarly outputs. It aims to support transparent research practices, scientific communication, collaboration, and wider access to knowledge in genetics, genomics, biotechnology, and biomedical research. The overall objective is to connect fundamental genetic engineering concepts with contemporary research and translational applications, providing a structured scholarly resource for students, researchers, educators, healthcare professionals, and biotechnology scientists.
