Abstract

Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as one of the most transformative technologies in the digital era, revolutionizing the way businesses interact with customers and execute marketing strategies. In the highly competitive e-commerce industry, AI-powered personalized marketing has become a key driver of customer engagement, satisfaction, and business growth. By utilizing advanced technologies such as machine learning, predictive analytics, natural language processing, recommendation systems, and customer behavior analysis, organizations can deliver personalized shopping experiences that match individual customer preferences and purchasing patterns. Flipkart, one of Indias leading e-commerce platforms, extensively uses Artificial Intelligence to analyze customer data, recommend products, personalize advertisements, optimize search results, predict customer needs, and enhance the overall online shopping experience. AI-powered recommendation engines enable Flipkart to display relevant products, personalized offers, discount notifications, and targeted promotional campaigns, thereby improving customer satisfaction and increasing purchase intentions. Personalized marketing campaigns supported by AI not only improve customer engagement but also strengthen customer loyalty by delivering meaningful and relevant experiences throughout the purchasing journey. The effectiveness of AI-driven marketing depends on several factors, including data accuracy, customer segmentation, recommendation quality, predictive algorithms, personalization capabilities, user experience, and consumer trust. This study aims to examine the impact of Artificial Intelligence on personalized marketing campaigns at Flipkart by analyzing customer perceptions, purchase behaviour, product recommendation effectiveness, customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention. The study also investigates how AI technologies influence consumer decision-making, increase conversion rates, and improve overall marketing performance.
