GmHSF38-GmTIFY25 Module Regulates Soybean Resistance to Phytophthora sojae.

We identify GmHSF38 as an upstream transcriptional regulator of GmTIFY25 and show that the GmHSF38‐GmTIFY25 module promotes soybean susceptibility to Phytophthora sojae , providing a potential genetic target for improving soybean resistance to this important pathogen.

DoGL3 Functions Independently of the MBW Complex to Drive Anthocyanin Accumulation in Dendrobium officinale Under Simulated Wild Conditions.

In Dendrobium officinale , DoGL3 directly activates DoF3′5'H and DoDFR promoters independently of DoTTG1, positively regulating anthocyanin biosynthesis via a non‐canonical mechanism. This reveals a novel regulatory framework for anthocyanin accumulation under simulated wild conditions.

Plant physiology: Coumarin as a regulaTOR of root iron deficiency.

A new study suggests that the coumarin esculetin may directly inhibit TOR signaling by competing with ATP, linking iron deficiency to growth restriction in plants.

T2T genome assembly and CRISPR/Cas9 editing of Medicago lupulina.

A complete, gap-free genome of Medicago lupulina, a tough, high-protein forage legume, and a gene-editing tool for this species, which was used to alter its leaf shape, provide key resources for improving alfalfa and breeding better forage crops for high-altitude environments.
